Our Pledge

To assure everyone who visits our website, the ease, security and convenience one would expect.

SHIPPING: We will ship all "In-Stock" items within 3 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted. All back ordered items will ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. All shipping is via U.S.PS and United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping options include Standard Ground, Three Day Air, Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for Standard Ground Shipping. All shipping charges include insurance and handling fees.

RETURNS: All items are inspected before being sent to our shipping department but we sometimes make mistakes. Should you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), within 3 days of receipt of your order. NO returns will be accepted without the RA# written on the outside of the package. Unauthorized packages will be refused and returned to the sender. We stand behind the quality of our products and will accommodate any reasonable request. Please keep in \mind that no special/custom orders or intimate apparel (such as thongs and g-strings) or " any worn or soiled item can be returned for refund or exchange. We will gladly and , promptly replace all unworn defective items with the same size/color/style or issue a Credit Memo free of charge. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS.

BACKORDERS: If we are out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately. But out of stock items are ordinarily not backordered.

ORDERING INFO: Our offices are open Monday- Saturday from 9:00 to 8:00 pacific time. We require ALL orders to be in writing

MINIMUMS: We have a $300.00 minimum on all first time orders and $100.00 minimum thereafter. If you have special circumstances, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. wholesale only

PAYMENTS: All new accounts will be shipped COD (Cashiers Check or Money Order)

RETURNED SHIPMENTS: Unauthorized returns or "Bouncebacks" will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. This fee will be added to any new future orders. Your account will also be placed on a "Pre- Payment Only" basis for all future orders.
